Welcome ~ my name is Cristina Medina. I am a multi-disciplinary professional in the healing arts, whose highly attuned care is guided by compassion and empathy.

In our work, a gentle, loving space is created where healing begins, growth is supported, and transformation becomes possible.

In having trained with masters in their fields, I have woven together yoga, meditation, energy healing & therapeutic body work, bridging Western knowledge with Eastern wisdom to support the whole Being: body, mind and soul.
